Outline: Review of DNOs (Distribution Network Operators) to discover their attitudes towards partnering as the basis for appointing external contractors.
Project: Business Development/Conferences and workshops/Exhibitions and Events
Outline: Assisting WRc to attract delegates to a nationwide series of seminars on ‘Sewers for Adoption 6th Edition’. Subsequent chairing of the seminars including the opening and closing presentations, and controlling the question and answer sessions. All four seminars were ‘sold out’ with almost 600 delegates attending.

Project: PR/Advertising
Outline: Writing and placing an article on developments in the manufacture of gas meter boxes. Creation of an advert to promote the Mitras Multibox, a meter box which can accommodate all types of domestic gas meter.
Project: DVD Production/Copywriting
Outline: Production of two DVDs to promote Shaws’ fireclay sinks and architectural terracotta in the United States. Project encompassed the initial project meeting right through to delivery of the master DVDs.
